Alexei Pushkov, the head of the State Duma committee on international affairs (United Russia faction), believes U.S. President Barack Obama is unlikely to visit Russia before September, when the G20 summit is scheduled to take place.

"Obama is unlikely to visit Russia before [the] G20 [summit] in September because there is a lot of dispute, but no issues for breakthrough. There is no program for a new reset," Pushkov said on Twitter.

In mid-January, U.S. Ambassador Michael McFaul assumed that the U.S. president's visit to Russia will probably take place during the G20 summit in September.
