Video producer
- Higher education (majoring in journalism/TV broadcasting)
- Mandatory experience as a video/TV producer
- Knowledge: methods of production, distribution and promotion of video materials; basics of editing (basics of html-programming) and video formats support; basics of the Russian and foreign legislation on copyrights and intellectual property; English – speaking, writing.
- Skills: video producing (selection of stories, arrangement and coordination of shooting, coordination of characters, reporters, operators, etc.; coordination of the shooting process); shooting, editing, postproduction of videos for online media; promotion of the project video vie social networks, media services and other external platforms; development of PR campaigns; working with digital video camera and studio equipment (light, sound, editor).
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe CS (Adobe Premier Pro (or Final Cut Pro/Sony Vegas), Adobe After Effects Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator), Samplitude, Wavelab, SoundForge, Imovie, GarageBand etc.
- Personal skills: proactive and responsible attitude, ability to find solutions for production objectives, ambition, punctuality, strong interpersonal skills, creative thinking.
- Contributing to formulation of concepts for development of the video-direction, suggesting ideas for video content production, preparing scripts for videos together with the working group;
- Producing videos (planning, supervising projects at all stages): selecting stories, finding the staff, organizing and coordinating the shooting, coordinating all participants of the shooting process; organizational issues of postproduction; promotion;
- Obtaining accreditation for video reporters;
- Maintaining database on video reports, preparing reports on fees;
- Control of observance of copyrights and neighboring rights of the video sources and suppliers;
- Ensuring video support of events (negotiations with partners, monitoring of the events schedule, shooting coordination, video content inquiries, promotion of the end product);
- Full-cycle producing of promotional videos (from scriptwriting, shooting arrangements to product promotion);
- Producing the current and developing new video segments for the project’s websites; suggesting ideas on new online services for users;
- Promotion of video materials of the project in video hosting services, social networks, media services and other external platforms; development of PR campaigns together with the marketing department.

Mobile Issue Editor / Special Projects Producer
- Higher liberal education
- At least 2-years experience as an editor, experience with mobile platforms
- Knowledge of the methods of production, editing, distribution and promotion of mobile applications;
- Knowledge of software: Microsoft Office/ iWork, Adobe CS, CMS; Flurry, iTunes Connect; Mag + or other mobile magazine publishing and user acquisition analytics software;
- Knowledge of the profile and the products of the key players in Russian and global mobile app market; basics of the Russian and foreign legislation on mass media and intellectual property; protocols and operating principles of the internet;
- Conversational and business English, professional media and internet-specific language
- Personal skills: stress resistance, ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Monitoring the news profile for the day;
- Planning new issues (the main application, mobile versions for all sites in the project and mobile versions of special projects);
- Planning and supervising the production of exclusive content for mobile platforms;
- Putting content in the content management system;
- Sending push-notifications to users of the iPad app;
- Supervising the planning and development of special projects for mobile platforms;
- Supervising the planning and development of mobile versions for all sites in the project;
- Keeping records on the operations of the mobile products department (records of fees and other operating expenses; user acquisition analytics software Flurry/iTunes Connect, mobile site analytics via Google Analytics);
- Launching new exclusive formats for mobile apps;
- Coordinating planning of positioning and promotion of mobile sites and apps, special mobile projects with the marketing department;
- Contributing to development of statement of works for new mobile sites in the project and new mobile apps;
- Contribution to budgeting for the Mobile Products Department for the current and the following fiscal years.

Digital Marketing and Communications Manager
- Perfect proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
- At least 1 year of experience in mass media.
- Experience in startup/promotion/management of websites, blogs (Drupal, WordPress, Bitrix, etc.).
- Knowledge of the basics of graphic design, good taste is a must.
- Experience in production of news bulletins and their placement in accordance with the standards specified in CAN-SPAM.
- Knowledge of SEO software, ranking factors, basics of marketing instruments selection.
- Knowledge of web-analysis, online tracking and monitoring tools.
- Experience in advertising campaigns (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Yandex).
- Experience in social networks, online advertising, with e-mail marketing tools.
